3 dinners delivered!!

First of all, thanks so much for all the nice comments, conversations, stars and hearts for my 2000th blip yesterday.  I think it’s not such a bad idea to have these blip birthdays to touch base with such great people who you really can’t keep up with daily!   :-)


And another  thanks to several blippers , I learned about Blue Apron, a company that delivers the ingredients for 3 meals for 2 with recipes once a week.   This is my second week.  It arrived last week at 5:00 on Wed. and today at 5:00 as well.   Amazing.   It’s like christmas, unpacking this box.  As many you know, I am a very UN foodie—very tired of planning food, shopping and cooking   So thought we’d try this.    So far so good —this is the 4th meal I’ve cooked —and we still have some leftover mushroom risotto in the frig -  And H is delighted with new menus and not much for him to clean up.  !!  We'll see how this goes......

The extra is the finished product tonight --Catfish Piccata-- it said 35 min and I think it took me 45...but it was fun!
