The Phoenix Public Market Cafe is part Cafe and part public market. During the weekends and some evenings, the parking lot turns into a open air market for local vendors who sell many different things from organic produce to local honey. The focus is on local business and while working there I learned a lot about running an independent business. I also learned about the challenges that come with running a local independent business and what are ways to overcome that such as customer service and branding. This Cafe was one of the first businesses to come up during Phoenix's' Roosevelt Row sprout.
