Walter Cronkite School of Journalism

The Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication, is part of the vast network of ASU schools and was named in honor of veteran broadcast journalist Walter Cronkite. A newer building, this school has brought a lot of attention to the downtown community and has helped expose the Roosevelt Community to the greater Phoenix area. When I worked at the Downtown Phx. Farmer's Market, I had the chance to interact with many of the students doing film and advertising. Many of them would showcase the different independent vendors and allow for vendors to tell their story. It was a great thing to be a part of.
