Honey Honey
The plan was to do a bird survey today, but as we couldn't see to the end of our very small garden, let alone across the survey site, that plan was abandoned. I did have a quick trip down to the local cemetery to check out the fungi. As I'd hoped, there were Pink Waxcaps for the first time this year, but sadly they were a bit past their best, so a record, but not a decent photo. Never mind - this Hygrocybe reidii stepped up to the plate. English the name - Honey Waxcap, named for its smell.
