Running buddies

It has been a pretty good day around here. There have been board games, video games, sports watching, roast dinner making and eating, lemon meringue pie making (Anna and grandma) and eating and dog walking and running. J has managed to be up and about more than for a long time and we have had some fun. Oh, and how could I nearly forget the whole family dog showering activity!
