Underway

The campaign for  the 2016  Scottish Parliament election is already underway, though not yet at full tilt.

Throughout Argyll & Bute branches are distributing a leaflet from the newly elected MP Brendan O'Hara and myself which thanks voters for supporting us earlier this year and looks forward to next May.

I was out in Kames and Tighnabruaich this afternoon along with Cathleen & John Shiveral delivering them plus an invitation to attend a branch extension event in the Kames Hall on the morning of the 7th November - taking a leaf out of the Oban Branch book after their very successful innovation in that regard.

In between the very heavy showers it was a  sunny afternoon but we couldn't have done it as quickly or efficiently without the help of a good team from the  Dunoon branch, for which we were very grateful.

Many SNP hands make light work  - and there are many now !
