Just a chippie...

I had a singularly uninspired day, photographically speaking.  It was windy and chilly outside and every time I went out, nothing seemed to be falling in line for me.  So, when I spotted this chipmunk sitting in our woodpile cleaning his face, I snapped exactly one shot and called it a blip-day.  Image is cropped and lightened.

I spent much of the day watching various tutorials on Lightroom which I am currently trying out on a 30-day free trial.  I am determined to make the switch to Lightroom/PS for all my editing needs.  So far, LR seems pretty slick and I think I'll like it.  In the interest of full disclosure, however, I tried it a couple of years ago and never really got on board with it.  This time...

Hubs and I are researching health insurance options at the moment - a daunting process and not for the faint of heart.  However, our COBRA benefits run out the end of next month, so time to get moving.
