The Bridge House
Very breezy day, but no rain (were't we lucky) on' Lake Windermere with all the small boats confined to the shore.
We had a hop on hop off trip on a steamer, visiting Ambleside, Bowness and Brockhole. Spectacular scenery with the clouds drifting around the fells and the trees in their autumn colours.
This is the Cobbler's Cottage at Amleside, which is a true one up and one down and is the smallest property owned by The National Trust!
