Mike, the Birthday Boy

The partner of my friend -of -many- talents graduated to the level of senior citizen today and became the proud owner of a bus pass.
The shock to his system on becoming a retired person was echoed in ours; we who had considered him youthful enough to be still a little wet behind the ears.

A celebration was in order and we partied in the evening at the nearby Malaysian restaurant after much champagne toasting to health and long life.

Happy Birthday Mike, we had a splendid evening with you and 'she who will not be named'!
