BISHOP ROCK LIGHTHOUSE

After a trundle along the leafy lanes and wood piles looking for a Little Bunting (no show) we went home for lunch, fed the cat don't ask, and then down to the quay for a wee "dimble about" on Joe Pender's boat. A magnificent 3 hours; birds, seals, and huge pods of dolphins zooming and jumping around the boat in a joyous frenzy. Magical.

But my photo is of the Bishop Rock Lighthouse which we bobbed up and down around for awhile. Can you imagine climbing that ladder to the door, and then staying there for months on end with the waves crashing up around you! Incredible.
