Across the harbour

The monthly theme is night photography, something I've rarely tried.  We were at a concert at Fulford Hall last night so we stopped on the way home and I took this shot.  I'll obviously have to try again!
The Paperboys, a band based in Vancouver, were playing.  We saw them about 20 years ago when they were quite a new band and were keen to see them again.  We weren't disappointed - so much energy and such talented musicians!  What a variety of music they play:  Celtic, bluegrass, Mexican, eastern European, African , zydeco, soul and country influences.  Another great night out enjoying Canadian talent.  Salt Spring audiences are the best - so welcoming and appreciative - and how lucky we are that such great acts come to the island.
