Solitary

It is very unusual for me - even on busy days - but this is the ONLY picture I took all day!

I had a few unexpected things crop up today and I was desperately trying to take care of some admin things at my desk before leaving tomorrow and before I knew it the day was gone! Poor Dolly didn't even get a decent walk - she seemed more interested in sleeping than getting any exercise!

Thank goodness for a pizza pulled from my freezer - a tasty autumnal meal with a salad, and providing a colourful food blip! This pizza, from Waitrose (I only buy them when they've been drastically reduced on the last sell-by date), had goat cheese, butternut squash, pine nuts and rosemary. Deelish!!

I've started using a mesh sheet, specially for cooking pizzas. I quite like it. Anyone else use them?
