In The Occupied Territory

Boys are back

What an odd sort of day it has been.
Started off foggy, but then it lifted.
Bit of lunch in Fraserburgh at Maitlands, and it wasn't as good as it usually is, then off to work.
As Janine and the girls are away for a week to Edinburgh and then to Stanley, Co. Durham, Michael decided to go into Aberdeen for the evening.
I took him in and was supposed to take him back when i finished.
He stil is in there at his sisters.
Long story.
Work was not overly busy, but not dead: just odd.
People phoning up for taxis then cancelling as soon as you get to the door: people booking cars to one place, then going elsewhere etc.

For  the first time for quite a while, I took Ramsay, Tommy and Nommy into town. They went to Fusion and then Under The Hammer before heading up to their old haunt, Dizzys.
But since it has changed hands, they just don't like it. All the old star have left too.
This is it just before closing time when I went to take them home again.
Empty. None of us have seen it like this before.
The boys will not be going back I believe.

Probably the most manic drummer I have ever seen.
