Pretty Little Thng

Sorry this is not in focus, but this pretty little thing was on the clothes pole as June was hanging out the washing today.
The pole and I kept moving and it was taken with my phone. I didn't want to take the chance of it flying away by going to get my camera.
I think it is some sort of lacewing.
