Bridge Of Balgie

It is a tradition for us to take a trip to Perthshire to see the autumn colours.
The best views were in Glen Lyon, where here at Bridge of Balgie we also saw some large funnel-shaped fungi (extra photo 1), a red squirrel (traffic prevented a photo) and partook of an excellent lunch at the cafe.

But the most satisfying view was before we left home, when two Tree Sparrows visited the feeders (extra photo 2, taken through filthy builder-debris-strewn window), which I hope Minbannister will appreciate.
