Happy birthday James.x

Up early this am woke at 7.30am then read till 9.Breakfast the unpacked 5 boxes of party ware that David brought round. T and D arrive with Sam and had a chat and a cup of tea,then off to town to shop. Bless T for giving up her Sunday. I would of brought home loads of stuff that we don't need.
This week is going to be all go sorting things out for my Dads 80th surprise party on Saturday. 75+ people coming so lots to do. Home from shopping then started to weed the garden. David called with wine and then i started to paint the garage door!!!. After about 3 brush strokes i felt my foot getting wet!!!. I had tipped the gloss paint all down my top,trousers,shoes,stool and on the drive!!!!! What a mess. Finally finished the painting (although i think it will need another coat!!!!)at8pm then it took me nearly an hour to clean myself with white spirit,before having a shower and then something to eat.
Now going to relax and finish my book. x
