WWII Experience

I love Fridays.... especially when the Friday involves a school trip.
Had a great day in Weston Park today on their WWII Experience Day. Our school took 21 children to the Shropshire Park and surprise surprise the sun stayed out the whole day.We all got to make Gas masks , dress up in clothes from the 40's and went inside an Anderson shelter.They had a living room which was all set out like during the war.The children had a great time and really enjoyed the adventure playground.The day was relatively quiet where disasters were concerned and we returned to the bus with all 21 children.... which was a bonus!!!!
