Back . . .

. . . in Egypt. It was a long journey with the stop over in Rome but landing at 2:30 am still brought back all the thrills of the place and its taste in the mounth as soon as we stepped out of the aircraft's door.

My book will be published soon and the button will be pressed when I am in these lands. I look round and wonder if people I see on the transfer to terminal bus, in this Indian restaurant and dashing across in front of our taxi as we navigate to Midan Sphinx will ever read it. I hope they do.
