For the love of pasta

I feel like me and pasta have been on an emotional roller coaster over the years. It was my first thing I ever learned how to make and I've probably made it about 5 times a week since then. 

Obviously, when it comes to dieting pasta is number one. Bolognese, pasta bake, pasta with chilli, pasta with salad. Honestly the list goes on. Learning to cook whilst being at uni has been hard. I guess I ran out of ideas on what I could do really. I have all ingredients and I can easily get things if needed, but some how I always come back to pasta. I even bought a mary berry recipe book thinking it would have nice ideas in, but it was all boeuf bourguignon and canapes. Which is great, but hardly fitting in with my healthy life style. 

Speaking of, going very well. Porridge for breakfast with fruit and lots of nice recipes I want to try for the future. I can only go to slimming world once every three weeks because it's at home and I can't afford to go every week, plus I really grew attached to my group/consultant. 

Oh, I'm having pasta tonight.
