Paid an impromptu visit to one of my old work colleagues this morning as I missed her and hadn't seen her for a while. She's having a tough time with her husband and his prostrate cancer treatment. Treatments are going well but she's not enjoying having him around (he doesn't usually live at her house (long story)) so we sat and drank coffee and are her lovely kale soup. Then I had to rush off to catch up with my parent craft mums! Followed by dinner out with the in-laws. My stomach hurts and too much tea and coffee had left me feeling dehydrated.
