Back to work

Today I gave my first of 2 lectures on a core third year subject. I was a bit trepidatious as last year I had 6 lectures on the module and it was week 5 before I felt I had really developed any rapport. Today couldn't have been more different. And I enjoyed it whatever the students thought. In fact a student repeating the year said at the end that she thought it was the most interactive lecture she had ever had :-).
