So it looks like cinnamon rolls are the new black on the patisserie circuit in Melbourne. This specimen came from Clement at South Melbourne Market and I'm confident to claim the soon to be uprising of the humble cinnamon roll based on this instance alone because Clement were doing fancy-ass flavored donuts well before the cool kids caught up. They had mocha flavor rolls and the ubiquitous salted caramel too, but I went for good ole cinnamon on the grounds that they were sitting beneath a good centimeter of snow sugar. So messy and a define sweet fix!
