We have achieved layers!

This is my recipe for gooey lemon bars but made by pouring the custard on the base when it is straight out of the oven. As you can see we have achieved beautiful laters of shortbread and lemon custard. And this time it's made with my favourite of all the citrus: yuzu. You can get the juice in bottles in Asian food stores.
