Before dawn

We had a good sky this morning and for a few minutes before the sky grew lighter we could see Venus and Jupiter. Venus is very bright and we often see it, Jupiter not as often.
Another lovely day. In fact there is no rain in the forecast all week, and with temperatures in the 40s and 70s it is almost perfect, except that we are getting cracks in the ground. We are never satisfied!
