People that picnic.

Picnic lunch with holiday-ing friends & the Claytons. It was all going swimmingly until we got harassed by a huuuuge dog whose owner was in Church & had left his dog to its own devices....it had Monkey by the head, ran of with Sol's favourite toy (later rescued by Danny),, had our food, went for the baby's foot, tried to bite Abby's hand, was on top of the Claytons car - was generally a nightmare! We ended up having to leave! A local café owner said the dog is regularly left to its own devices and is definitely not safe around kids. 
The rest of the day has been better, including prepping an art project for Asha and her friend to do tomorrow - day off from school for a fiesta...so a play date is in store!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) The dog not actually doing anything too awful.
2) Fun with Danny.
3) Winter! Now the summer season is over, we are officially in the winter season, and that means time with friends and picnics!
