Shall I?
This statue is next to the canal lock at Lengthsman's Cottage in Lowsonford, Warwickshire. The sculpture is by Sir Anthony Gormley, and was unveiled earlier this year. It is one of five that have been placed around the UK to mark the 50th anniversary of the Landmark Trust. The others are on the coast, and this is more or less in the centre.
We enjoyed a lovely walk along the towpath of the Stratford to Birmingham Canal to here, and then a pot of Earl Grey at the nearby pub (a beer for C) before walking back again to where we had left the car. It was a gorgeous sunny day.
