21 year old leek!

21 years ago C was captain of Driffield Golf Club and the Lady Captain in the same year, knowing that he was a fanatical Welsh rugby supporter, made this leek for him. It is beautifully embroidered, dyed and wired and has been to innumerable rugby internationals throughout the years, whether Wales was playing or not.

Unfortunately, it did not quite do the business for Wales this time, but never mind he can wave it at the telly again next week!
