Ponta Delgada

We've not had much time here so far. In fact we spent a sizeable chunk of our day in Stansted airport after our flight was delayed. We got to teh apartment around 11 local tome though and got settled in then went for a wee wander.

We've only seen a couple of streets so far but even after midnight it was still nice and warm and what we saw looked lovely. We've found a decent local too, it's two minutes from the apartment had decent blues music on and was really reasonably priced too.

We bumped into the woman who owns the apartment and her boyfriend there too who were a lovely couple.

Really looking forward to exploring properly tomorrow.
