Paul Young - sadly missed - great singer / songwriter and member of two iconic Manchester bands - Sad Cafe and Mike + the Mechanics.  I followed Mike + The Mechanics more and here is a brilliant live rendition of one of his famous songs "Beggar on a Beach of Gold".

What an amazing voice - here is another brilliant song "Mea Culpa"

Here is another classic "The Living Years" - not by Paul this time but fellow band member Paul Carrack (who is still with us!).  We should all take these words to heart :)
