Custard tarts

On cookery TV programmes, which means every night of the week, when an amateur cook serves something not quite right, it is described as his/her "interpretation of..." whatever the dish is supposed to be.

These are my interpretation of custard tarts. They are now out of the baking tray and don't look or smell too bad. Taste OK too.
