Swanning Around

Thank you very much for all your very kind comments, stars and hearts for yesterdays fishing Grebe!  We are delighted that you liked it so much.

Something a bit more sedate today.  We watched several families of swans gliding around on the still lake on this beautiful autumn morning,  We gathered a few late season blackberries to go with some apples we were given last week so the evening may be spent making pies and crumbles in readiness for the weekend visit of our grandchildren.  That's after the washing is out and a spot of gardening done in the sun while it lasts.
