What a catch!

A morning walk, in glorious sunshine, around the local gravel pits produced a surfeit of possible blips, but we liked the expression on this grebe's face.  A heron and an egret were playing hide and seek with us as when we moved in one direction they flew off in the opposite direction and were determined to be just out of range wherever we were.  Another day .. ..  ..
