Grade 5

This little monkey had her last lesson in grade 5 today. Her teacher gave them a really great one! She got to swim in flippers for the first time, which she loved- though their smallest pair were a bit big on her, they came off twice! She did her first full length of proper butterfly. And at the end she did a proper plunge dive off the racing blocks!! Nine weeks ago she was in the throes of a panic about diving off the higher side and today she went one better and went off the blocks! Her teacher looked nearly as proud of her as I was, and as she was of herself. "Did you see me, mama? Did you see?!" I saw, BabyGirl and was so proud!
