When life gives you lemons

Make lemon slice! Of course if life didn't give you lemons you can just buy some!
This one is a bit of a lemon actually, I wanted there to be a lovely lemony custard on top (which is how this recipe usually works) only I kind of broke the base into a few bits and had to jam it back together...
