Iguazu Falls

Despite the early start at 2.30 am for the 2 hour flight to the NE of Argentina, on the border with Paraguay and Brazil, we had a wonderful day. We walked over 6 miles in high temperatures to see the Iguazu Falls in all their glory at various viewpoints. It was breathtaking - I've been to Niagara, Victoria, Caniema and Angel Falls, but these are in a league of their own. The walkways made to view them mean we are really close.

We also did an exciting jet boat ride close to the base where we got totally soaked. It was pointless trying to wear a poncho or coat - it was such fun, and we dried quickly. It took all day to see the falls from the different places.
