The Helm

Today's the day ....................... to run

I was meeting Will off the Manchester train today - but it was running late.

So I just had enough time to go for a walk on The Helm, another of the limestone ridges near Kendal - this time to the east of the town.  It's a much loved place by Kendalians who use it for a variety of reasons - and the views from it are superb (see below).

This jogger and his dog were getting some exercise - and I was getting a blip .........................
