A super day as Peter and I travelled South taking in the superlative Branklyn Gardens in Perth and The Botanics in Edinburgh on the way.  Autumn colour, crocus and colchicum, seedheads galore, orchids, tropical plants, cacti .... today had them all,  I have added a few of extras to give you a hint of what you missed!
