Amy came to visit

What a sunny day! I spent the morning on Castle Sands for a lab, counting limpets on very slippery rocks. I then met up with Emily and Amy (who was down from Corrour for two days) and we went on a walk along West Sands. The weather was beautiful and we made it right to the end, before dipping our feet into the water and walking back barefoot. I'm sure this must be the last week of good weather this year and I am very glad I got to spend so much of the day outside in it!
