GEESE STARTING TO MIGRATE

They flew fairly down above the waves.
My sister Loes and her partner Paul came in the morning to us. We drank coffee outside on the balcony, a bit chilly when the sun disappeared behind clouds.
So lunch was enjoyed inside.
We went to the beach. My sister lives in the polder near Woerden, not really close to the North Sea, so a walk along the sea has much charm.
And gives great opportunities to talk.
After tea they left us, wanting to be home before the traffic would be too busy.
My sister has brought our family's old photobooks (I had asked her for it) and Mischa and I will take pictures of photos that we want to own ourselves.

My haiku:

Swift without looking
Behind themselves they flew on
Next year we'll catch up

And the quote by Aristotle, Nicomachean Ethics:

All that we do is done with an eye to something else.
