Rosa 'Munstead Wood'
I blipped this back on April 6th when it had just been planted surrounded by Androsace. It's a gorgeous colour and thriving well now it has been protected from marauding deer who are cheeky enough to come up to our back door and eat the rose buds. I thought I would never get to see it flower so this late flowering is really welcome. Next year I'll plant it out in the garden as it looks too big already to be kept in a pot. The Androsace has been removed and its seedheads are in a paper bag in my greenhouse. I've asked for another Versailles tub to be made ....
