The Last of the Big Boats

It is one of the last of the big cars, before the car companies started making GIANT trucks.

The big Lincolns, the Pontiac Bonneville, the Chevrolet Caprice, and the Buick LeSabre. I learned to drive in a 1968 LeSabre. A big car, with a big V8 engine. Three friends and I tried to drive it to Florida when we were 17, and we broke down in southern Georgia. Good memories...spending the night sitting up on a linoleum floor in a gas station.

This big Lincoln reminds me of the final scene in Animal House, where the frat boys use the car to destroy the college homecoming parade.
