Happy October!

This beauty is a climbing rose, waiting in a pot to be planted to a permanent location. I won't say how long it has waited. As soon as it is moved out of the safety of the deck, the deer will be after it.
The extra is of an American Robin eating the Mountain Ash  berries. It is not a small bird (10 Inches), and teetering at the end of the tree limb where the berries are, requires some interesting balancing maneuvers.  They do it!
