Choir

Lovely, misty, atmospheric run this morning. And cold enough to make me really appreciate my new running gear.

Thankfully, the day turned into another glorious warm September day. I even walked through town in a tshirt (mostly because I wanted to show off my new choir tshirt!). Tuesdays are always a whirlwind of activity and so it was most excellent to have a quiet drink with CS after choir and continue the catching up. CS is the perfect cup-of-tea-after-a-manic-day companion. I think absence really does make you appreciate what you love in other people and I think I took for granted what a calming, peaceful presence she brings. And we talked a lot about our African friend, obvs.
