Quasi health kick

Was back in Manchester today and it was a stunning Autumn day. My absolute favourite - sunshine, crisp blue skies and a balmy breeze.

Squidge skipped into school and I made the most of the hours in the day to work before having lunch with a client then picking her up.

Am on a quasi-health kick after a few weeks of over-indulgence so was glad we went to Rust & Stone so I could have steak with salad. Also contemplating this going sober in October lark (well until our holiday at the end of the month) as think it will help me stay healthy and will make our food bills a bit better. Mmmmm wish me luck....
