Supermoon

So - Today was the 'Super moon' where we were supposed to have a red moon that was bigger and shinier than we had ever seen before.
So. I go to bed and set the alarm for 2:30 am ready for the 3:11 am start of the eclipse.
Must say I was a tad disappointed. Not sure if I was expecting Fireworks and dancing girls but I was really underwhelmed!
The moon certainly didn't seem bigger and brighter from my bathroom window, and although I caught an almost full eclipse here - the full eclipse was too dull to get any decent kind of photo.
Not to pleased with my photo here, but had to blip it as a record.
