Today was the Valentines Park 5k race, the Final race of the 'ELVIS' (see below) group of races between 7 East London running clubs.

Here in a sprint to the line is a Runner from 'East London Running Club' and 2 runners from Ilford A.C (my club).
I wish the 3 of them, especially the Sikh guy, would put in a bit more effort!
