Gare du Nord, Brussels
Taken at 8..30am at the start of a long journey back to Glasgow, train to Brussels airport, flight to Amsterdam, 4 hours hanging around Schiphol, flight back to Glasgow, arriving home at 4.05pm.
Had planned to get the train into Amsterdam and have lunch there, but after buying a train ticket, I discovered there were engineering works on the lines and the trains were only every half hour. So I turned back and spent the time in the airport instead. As the airport is undergoing major reconstruction, there wasn't much to do except sit at the gate and read.
Extra photo is of the supermoon. There was a lunar eclipse forecast for tomorrow, and I thought I'd practice.
