New worlds

This morning saw my first stint as music school parent so was also my first morning of feeling lost and confused and generally a bit bewildered and bemused. Fortunately it was Anna's second week so she took it all much more in her stride. And I think I have it all a bit more sussed for next time.

And the evening saw us venture to a fabulous cinema in the old Olympic Studios in Barnes to watch Everest. Lovely to be out and a fun dinner and drinks, and a great film if a little grim.

Meanwhile J was with a friend next door watching the rugby. We had regular texts from our neighbour to reassure us what a fun time they were having. Which I think aided our fun time no end.
