Lemon

Took this while preparing my lemon and honey drink.  

Trying to use manual focus more often, think I need to check the focus on the camera as my eyes have probably changed.

Sent Simon and Cathy out for a run this morning, wasn't sure how long the route I gave them was but Simon said they would be about forty minutes, I didn't think that was fast for 8 miles which was the distance there were hoping to run. After an hour I was starting to worry, where on earth had I sent them?!  Just as Geoff stopped me from getting in the car to find them they turned up.  There has been a bit of confusion Simon should have said an hour and ten minutes for eight miles and as it happened the run was nearer nine miles plus there were some hills.  Apparently it was good training for their half marathon and they seemed happy.

Quiet rest of the day, bit of weeding, washing, tidying up and thinking that weekends really aren't long enough.
