Mid Autumn Festival

It's been a rather lovely Sunday with church, then lunch at one of our favourite restaurants at the Marina Club. Home for a very long and much needed afternoon sleep before heading down to the beach for mid autumn festivities.

We had a good group of friends there today and as much as it started off being muggy and yucky, it turned out to be lovely, cool and very pleasant. Beach was less crowded than we expected. I did manage to get some pix of the creative displays around us. Even spotted a Hello Kitty one :). Pls do check out the extra photo. I guess that's a novel way for a proposal. Let's hope she said YES!

Tomorrow is the public holiday for lantern festival, so long weekend, yay.
